Delivering Pagnotta, Honey Sunflower, 100% Spelt Pecan Plum, scones and granola to Village Foods and Old City Organics this morning. Still not baking on Thursdays and Mondays. We won’t be baking this Sunday either, due to the holiday. Have a Happy New Year!

Since we won’t be baking from the 25-27th, we’ll offer a little extra variety on Friday and Saturday.
On Friday – Pagnotta, Honey Sunflower, 100% Spelt Pecan Plum, and Apricot Ginger.
On Saturday – Pagnotta, Honey Sunflower, Rye, and Olive Rosemary.

Even we must take the occasional break. Slow Rise will not be baking on December 25, 26, and 27. We’ll be back at it on Wednesday, December 28th, delivering to Village Foods, Old City Organics, and Markt Artisan Deli. We wish you all the best this holiday season.
